RETURN AND REFUND
How do I return items for a refund?
We have a 15 days returning policy. Please click here to see our return policy and procedures on how to return.
What do I do once I have returned my items?
After returning the items, you will have to allow us some time to get the parcel. Once we have the parcel, we will take 5 - 10 days to process the return and refund. We will of course send you a confirmation email regarding the refund.
What if I am not accepting the shipment?
If you don't accept the shipment, the parcel will be returned to us. And we will deduct all the related fees and will process the refund do you. The fees include both way shipping fees, transaction fees and custom charges in Thailand.
What if I want to return items for replacement?
We only accept returns for refund. Please click here to see our returning policy and procedures.
Where is my refund?
Once we receive the returned parcel your refund will be processed in the next 5 - 10 working days. The refund will be processed through paypal. Once we process the refund, paypal will email you regarding the refund. If you didn’t receive any email, please do login to your paypal account to check for the refund. If you still don’t find the refund, please contact our customer support department at support@ninci.com.
