Ordering Policy
What we offer:
Ninci.com serves its customers with a vast range of gemstone and diamond gold jewelry. Our customers can order any item at Ninci.com that they feel
interested in.
Please note that the items that you see online are the samples of the item and not
the original piece. Once you place an order and we receive the payment confirmation
for that particular order, the ordered item goes under production process. It generally
takes 14 -16 working days to complete this manufacturing process.
How to order at Ninci.com:
To place an order for an item, you will have to first look for the item/items that
you may like to place order for. Then you can click on the picture of the item
to view the full details of that particular item.
If you are satisfied with the details and price, you can then add the item to your
shopping cart. Before adding the items to your shopping cart you will have to select
the quantity that you want to add to your shopping cart. In case you are purchasing
a ring, you will have to select the ring size that you wish to purchase. (ring sizes
available in US sizes only, click here
to compare your ring size.)
After adding the item to your cart, you can continue to look at other items that
you may want to add to this order. Once you are done with selecting items and adding
them to your shopping cart, you can go to my account page and click on the view
shopping cart button. Then you will see a list of all the items that you have added
to your cart with proper description.
Once you are ready to check out to place an order, you can hit the check out button
right below the product description in the shopping cart. Once you hit the checkout
button, the system will ask your login. If you are already a registered user with
us, you can login using your email id and password or if this is your first time
visit to Ninci.com you can sign up there and continue to checkout after the successful
completion of your registration process.
How to pay for the order:
Once you hit the checkout button, the order will be placed and your will receive
an order number in the next page. There you will be asked to process the payment
for that order. Currently we only accept payment through paypal.com. Once we receive
the payment confirmation for the payment, your order will go under production process
and will be shipped once the items are ready.
Order Confirmation:
Upon completion of your order, you will receive a thank you email from us within
couple of hours. The email will be containing the order reference number and some
short description about the items ordered. We strongly suggest that you save this
email as you can use the details as reference while contacting our customer support
team.
Order Shipment:
As mentioned we generally take 14 - 16 working days to manufacture every ordered
item. Upon completion of the manufacturing process, the item will go under quality
inspection and will be shipped via FedEx
24 - 72 hours global express delivery.
Order Reviewing:
To review the details of your order, using your email address and password, you
can login to My Account section and then use the link to order history. And then
click on the order reference number to see the details of the order.
