Return Policy:

At Ninci.com we have established a hassle free, no question asked 15 days return policy. You might not like your order for any reason during this time and follow the return instruction to return the items back to us for refund.

The 15 days period starts from the day the order is being shipped. Once the order is being shipped, it will take 3 - 4 days to reach you. And you will so have approximately
8 - 12 days to carefully check your ordered items and decide on the return. Please note that no return will be accepted once the 15 days of time period is over.

Please note that all products should be returned in the original state that they were received by you. Products modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted. The product shall not be accepted if the tag attached t it is removed.

How to Return:

We value every comment or suggestion regarding our products and services from our customers. This is of course very unfortunate if the customer wish to return an item back to us. And we are ready to accept return any reason the customer may want to return the item for. However, to understand our customers' needs and requirements we encourage our customers to contact our customer support team regarding any return issues. And we will then analyze each issue one by one and will forward the details to our customers on how to resolve it. Our customers can contact our customer support team at support@ninci.com.

Return for Refund:

You may return the item for refund. Once we receive the returned parcel at our facility all items will be inspected properly for any kind of alteration made if made by the third party. If everything seems fine, we will then process the refund through PayPal . We will not be refunding the original shipping fee for obvious reasons. In addition a reverse transaction fee will be deducted which will be generated by the payment service provider. The fee varies depending on the method of payment used for that particular transaction. Please note that if you wish to return an item for refund, you will have to pay for the return shipping fees and you will  be responsible for any kind of loss or damage during return shipment.

Return for Replacement:

Unfortunately we don’t accept any return for replacement. You may only send us the return for refund.
