Fees:

We charge a flat rate of $18.99 shipping fee to any part of the world.

Delivery Time:

All shipment from Nincil.com is being made through FedEx 24 - 72 hour delivery service. The shipments are insured and traceable. Once the order is being placed and we receive the payment confirmation, the order will go under production process. It generally takes 14 – 16 working days to manufacture the ordered items. The order will so only be shipped by 14 – 16 working days after receiving the payment confirmation for that respective order. Once the parcel is being shipped from our facility, it will so take 24 - 72 hours to reach you. This is to inform you that we don’t take responsibility for delay or damage and loss of the parcel due to custom clearance, wrong shipping addresses or the provision to forgo a signature release on delivery.

Drop Ship:

Unfortunately we don’t do drop shipping. We will only ship an order to the address given while you register with us. And once we receive the payment confirmation from paypal.com, we will check the shipping address again with the shipping address given in paypal for confirmation and security measures.

P.O. Box Address:

Because all our shipments are made through fedex, we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. This is because FedEx doesn’t delivery to P.O. Box addresses. A physical address is needed to be provided while registering with us and shipments will only be made to that address.
 

Customs delay and charges:
