Once an order for a jewelry piece is received, we check the availability of the item in our stock. If the item is available in stock, we send the item to QC department for the quality checking process. Each individual item is properly examined under strict quality standards. In case of unavailability, Jewelry pieces are made and the whole production process is followed which normally takes 14-16 working days.
